CHINA PRESENTATIONS 2015: The Padagogy Wheel – A visual model which helps integrate good teaching, innovative thinking and student motivation with technology

These are the resources for a number of presentations made in Nanjing and Guangzhou China in Dec 2015. It covers how the Padagogy Wheel model was developed and how it helps teachers with planning and delivering transformational teaching. It also showcases the Padagogy Wheel and mobile technology to help young students, researchers and teachers of the deaf.

Just in Time Teaching (JiTT) and ILMs

This presentation is about a pedagogical approach develop by Novak and colleagues in the USA in 1999 called JiTT However with today’s learning technologies much more can be achieved in student outcomes.  It introduces teachers to Interactive Learning Modules (ILMs) using Articulate software. I introduced these concepts and methods into the University of Adelaide in 2005 and with great success.
